Fruit stand

This is the fruit stand nearest our house. The seller first demanded money for me to photograph his onions and garlic, but this seemed a bit much to me. Eventually he relented and allowed me to photograph him. He played it a little funny, though.

Not sure why they are digging up the sidewalk - plumbing?
