Farewell lunch

I went out for lunch with a colleague who is retiring soon. As I scanned the menu I couldn't decide which meal to order until I spotted tarakihi (fish). As today would have been my grandmother's birthday and this was her favourite fish I knew I had to try it.
It was delicious.
