Re-Purposed

A very busy day yesterday! But did have a moment to visit Craiglockhart Pond.
I was delighted to see that the old swan's nest is now being used as a very comfortable duck 'sun lounger'!
The moor hens still have a nest up the tree, but also one down in the bank-which looks very unsafe close to the path.  I can only think that some of the chicks are out of the tree but are still needing protecting.
