Mystery activity

I was taking the sea air on the cliff top when I noticed this strange object projecting from the open door of a parked car.

I strolled nonchalantly over to the activity and could not contain my curiosity.
My first thought was that it was some sort of small, solar panel, being used to capture energy from the fierce, overhead sun and charge some device or other.

But no, it turned out to be the controls for a quadcopter drone, videoing one of the furloughed cruise liners moored in the bay.

Fascinating to see the incredible range, and the skill of the pilot.
