Cloudy

Another low key day...a haar for most of it and then a dramatic thunderstorm in the evening and although I felt a bit more engaged and upbeat through some useful meetings, still feeling a bit bleugh.
Received a little present through the post...an EIF tote. No-one imagined when these were ordered for the launch in March that they wouldn’t be seen all over the August streets. Maybe it’ll become a collectors item....
Chat to A&N on his birthday and to my brother in Spain, then another quiet evening.
My exercise and step count have gone through the floor....which of course makes me feel worse
