Day off today. Still 30 degrees, still no thunder. It’s getting pushed further and further back now, and will probably arrive just in time for us to go camping at the weekend.

I went to Asda for a few things, my first solo supermarket trip since March which is weird! Home for some lunch, quick trip to the post office, then a FaceTime with Gerge and Amy. I had a Fab to help me cope with sitting in the garden.

Cooked dinner this evening - dhal and associated accoutrements - and managed to damn near chop my finger off with one of our lovely (very sharp) new knives.
