Two visitors

Lucy, my favourite Sheltie, came to spend the day with me to give her a rest from her humans' young grandchildren who are here on holiday. She slept quite a bit of the morning but then didn't want to let me out of her sight and wanted lots of cuddles. However, she got distracted by something during the afternoon and when I went to look at the focus of her attention, I found a lovely toad. The toad seemed happy to pose for quite a few photographs before making off for the relative cool of the rockery. I just had to put one of the toad portraits in the extra.
