Bindweed

It has been so hot for the past two days and I have not been out for my usual walk. As it was overcast this morning I decided to go out early. In fact it was it was absolutely still not a breath of wind but after about thirty minutes there were a few big drops of rain - I expected a downpour when I was as far as possible away from home... the thunder rattled round ... but, amazingly, no more rain - just a few scattered drops - I was so glad to get home!
