Manchester

Since Greater Manchester was put under extra restrictions you would expect a change in the city. Nothing has changed.
The shopping streets are full of people, the Wetherspoon by this sign was rammed inside & out when I walked back to the car this evening. Everyone is basically acting like it’s all behind us.
Second wave anyone?
