New gaff

Househunting in the midst of a pandemic was probably pretty complicated, and moving in during a heatwave provides its own challenges. But L and L are rather pleased with their new gaff in south London. It's a standard London workers' terrace, which has been nicely converted and extended. It certainly will be great for entertaining, and hopefully also for life more generally. Norfolkdoc and I drove down there today (in norfolkdoc's lovely electric car) and dropped off some boxes of books (and two bottles of whisky) which we brought down with us last week. I was very grateful to norfolkdoc for her piloting skills.

Anyway, in due course, when things are better, we will go back and have a better look.
