My new coffee machine

Decided to bite the bullet and bought myself an espresso machine I am such a coffee addict but have to say it was worth buying.
Got my MRI results today and not as good as I hoped but I kind of guessed that myself. So coffee machine came today and took my mind of results will know more when I speak with neurologist.
