Egg Hunt

Positively triumphing in the dark of the arena this evening Socks pulled out all the stops for Team Fox in the egg hunt. 

Points were scored for the speed of egg spotting, the safety check on all sides to make sure he had a clear run, the careful pick up so as not to break it, and finally the trot back to the start line of the hedgerow with his prize. Faultless! No-one could beat him on points and the cubs having behaved in an exemplary fashion by not coming onto the track to demolish the egg basket sportingly gave him his due and bounced around with joy that they were in the lead. Good old Socks for bringing home the bacon ...and egg.
