Elbow: Lucky with Disease

This is an exhibit at Manchester's Creative Stitch and Craft Exhibition. It is being held at Event City near the Trafford Centre.
The mermaid is part of an RNLI exhibition which consists of a land- and seascape completely made from knitting. There was also an exhibition of the costumes from Pride and Prejudice, a display of quilted pieces and a selection of antique beautifully stitched "smocks" as would have been worn by country folk.
Stayed there a couple of hours looking around and spent the princely sum of £1.50 on some "crafty bits" for my card making.
