A spectacular ogee conservatory...I bet it's a devil to heat in this weather.

Sorting out my new insulin regime today. It means getting to know the carb content of everything (not the same as calories!) and the weight of each portion. I'll sort it out but till then, while I do the sums on a piece of paper, I'm on cold food! and more snow expected tomorrow ... LOL!
