Circular tour and Catllar

 
More work and the one of our circular tours to Vernet les Bains and Fillols, back to Prades by way of St Michel la Cuxa.  Never noticed the significance of this sculpture before, acknowledging the very large iron mine that was once here.  Iron was mined both in the Tet valley (ours) and the neighbouring Tech valley, nearer the sea.
 
Took another detour to Catllar for an evening drink and a wander – a very attractive pink marble washing machine, and impressive external loo on the side of a house which would appear to still be in operation and a lovely cross outside the Church.
 
Then home for tea!
