SUNBATHING

A secluded hot and sunny wall where young sparrows and blackbirds were taking the opportunity between sea-fret mists swirling in and out to fluff up and sunbathe.

I chatted with Mum this morning who told me she misses conversation because everyone at my sister's is so busy now, but also that she's really looking forward to when she'll be able to go home (when she'll really be short of company). She doesn't know that we're all planning to turn up in the garden for her birthday this weekend. She'll probably long for peace and quiet after that.
