I got up earlier enough to run - first time in ages.
It was still tough and I only managed 2.5km.

And today was the day to take Tara for her annual vaccinations.
She hates the vet now with the dementia :(
So it was quite stressful.

I picked up a syringe of tranquilizer gel to give her 15 mins before the appointment and contemplated taking it myself ;)
Anyway it's done now and she was a very good girl.

I obviously couldn't navigate a camera during all this!
So had to use our footwear as today's blip.
Must be summer - we both left the house wearing espadrilles!
