Jambalaya

Inspired by my sister’s chorizo meal last week I decided to do my take on jambalaya tonight, used a different soy sauce to normal and it turned it a bit dark.

Had one small storm this evening but seems as though it’s passed over now. Thankfully nothing like the storm in Scotland which caused the tragic accident on the railway.
