Merthyr Road Bridge

R and I went to Waitrose to get lunch and food for our journey back after the funeral and I walked back to where we were staying to get a blip. This is the bridge over the Usk that was closed by Storm Dennis in February, when the water was up to the arches. On the way north we had a clear run but there was a horrendous queue on the southbound carriageway that stretched from Junction 14 to 16 (as we saw it), something like 20 miles.
