Weekend Comforter

Being at home the whole weekend I thought it was about time to take out the nice Scotch beef I bought for my friend's visit in January but never used back then.
So, Friday after work I started to cook a nice Gulasch that should last me for at least three nights.
Very yummy it was and no doubt will get even better over the next few nights.
