On demand carrot cake

I woke up to eggs and butter laid out ready for me to make a carrot cake. Martin was craving one!

I had bought a food processor second hand last week, and I used it today to grate the carrots. It took all of 2 minutes!!! I couldn’t believe it. As much as everyone loves my carrot cake, it’s been a real pain having to grate all those carrots, but thankfully NO MORE!

Didn’t get up to much for the rest of the day. But Martin and I did watch The Wizard of Oz. I had never seen it before and having watched a few shows recently which made references to it, I was intrigued. Martin sang along to most of the songs as his mum used to play the soundtrack when they were younger :).
