I managed to rearrange our tableware. The new ones are out of the boxes and grouped in unity and all the somewhat sloppy looking mugs are for the thrift store.
I have read a lot today about clean up and minimising today. That is no intention to postpone clearing the attic. No, it's because it seems sensible to me to wait until the heatwave is over. I also read about Project 333. It's a challenge to wear only 33 articles of clothing for 3 months. All clothing, accessories, jewellery, outerwear, and shoes count towards your number. It's an interesting idea and doesn't seem that difficult, were it not that there could be 4 seasons in 3 months.
I'm going to count my clothes tomorrow.

Finally, the rain came. Drainage wells became overfilled, manhole covers floated and the Gulp river rose enormously in a short time.
