This is a nice little 2 bedroom bungalow do the lane from us. It needs total update but does have 2 acres of garden and as up for auction for guide price c£160K
It would be prefect for a young local family to buy and do up or even to put a few low cost homes for local people so they could stay in the village.
Needless to say it was sold to a developer and plans for a 5 bedroom detached house on the site have already been published. Not a lot of use to local families.
