Flower Fields

Despite the rain thunder and lightning, it was dry and warm for the trip to the flower field. It was busy and difficult to take wide shots with no one in them . In the foreground are rows of delphiniums in white pink mauve and purple, which are hand harvested and dried for confetti. They also have lots of sunflowers this year for purchase and later they will be dried for birdseed.
