To day has been very muggy raining some but still warm. Had a FaceTime with Keith Keith I was meant to have it yesterday as the heat effected him and he spent mist of the time in his cool room.

But to day he seemed fine but thus time I had a phone call from one of his benefits and that is sorted just one more to go
