Seeing chickens

Came across the Eynsford "chicken" tree whilst on my bike ride this morning, it seems to have layed a few straw bale eggs!

I needed a bike ride but it also killed some time while the power was off. Bang on 9am as advised they turned everything off, closed the road and attached new cables to all the new poles for our group of 9 houses. They knocked again at 2pm and all was done. We now have to wait 2 weeks for telecom to do their cables before the old pole can be removed! The closed lane was so lovely to ride my bike along :-)

Finally had some rain today as well for about 20 minutes!
