SOCIAL DISTANCING - STARLING STYLE

We always take delight in watching the Starlings that gather on top of the church spire, weather vane and flag pole.

Tonight there were more than ever and they were very excited.  We have had some rain but no storms, fortunately.

I took Oscar out for his usual squirrel run and although it was raining I didn't mind.  I have been so hot and sweaty it was a joy to run in the rain without any extra covering and feel cooler.

How I long to feel cooler and to be able to sleep without soaking the bed clothes.  For the last two nights we have had to have a fan running which has helped.  Phoebe and Oscar have coped very well.

Friday tomorrow and we all hope for cooler weather.  Sending hugs xxxxx
