Chocolate Zucchini Bread

It smells pretty good. And it used half of a giant zook that managed to go undetected for a really long time. They have extremely good hiding skills.
The bread is surrounded by the woven potholders that are all the rage in our knitting group. Yes, the same potholders kids make on those slippery red metal looms, but these are so beautiful and solid! One of my friends made 76 of them last year for Christmas gifts for her very large extended family. Apparently you can order customized colored loops, and there are complex sophisticated patterns to follow. Mine are gifts, and I really like using them.
