Windflower

This morning it was cool and rainy with black skies, so I couldn't get out for my early morning walk. The heat soon shot up again by 11 am with a very high humidity (74%). So I had to wait until this evening for the walk in my neighbourhood.  I knew exactly where to go to capture this Windflower (Japanese Anemone).

The heatwave continues with a drop of two to three degrees, but the high humidity makes it feel hotter and heavier.
