Foxglove

Another busy day in the kitchen, dessert done cake done, I think I’m are almost ready. Just need the sun to shine and everyone to turn up.

Still managed to take a couple of doggie walks, both just round the block.

Today’s blip is a foxglove, I normally weed out all the seedlings but this year I allowed a couple to grow and I have been rewarded with this beauty, some of the flowers are cream and some are this lovely pink colour.

Dinner tonight more fruits of our labour, the first harvest of runner beans (accompanied with smoked haddock and new potatoes- from supermarket).
