chalk

It's interesting to see what people write when you give them some pavement chalk and a bit of encouragement. This was in the lovely little  play park next to the cafe. It is so lovely to see it open again and being enjoyed by people of all ages.

Of course I was reminded of this song which was often played in the background at Prizegiving Night at my children's high school. Yes it's schmaltzy, but yes, it always made me cry :-)
