A No Show

The butterflies were a "no show" at the closing ceremonies today. The rumor is that they left the arena early or a dispute over nectar rights with the bees. I heard that the Western Swallowtails were gone by early this morning. It was sad for the whole American Team to know that part of their member didn't have enough respect for ceremony.....they were more worried about getting plenty to eat.......last we saw they did not look like they were starving! 

I wonder if the American humans have been a bad example with their desire for more and more......making sure "they" have plenty and depriving those who are hungry? I perceive that we are a generous bunch, but..........why are people hungry?
