Poppies

We cycled down to the Botanics for another look around, but this time were also able to get some coffee and a ‘cake’. The area in front of the glasshouses had a terrific border of summer flowers; mostly poppies of varying colour, but others as well. My blip is an attempt to capture the sight without any background. The extra is a collage of signs at the Castle and the Botanics to remind people about social distancing and emphasising how big 2 metres really is.
