meditation and the sailing crew

Terry an I enjoyed the meditation crew in Baddeck. It was a great experiance for me. Meditation at fresh air with other people and an awesome view. After finishing we watched the sailing boats coming into Baddeck ... so beautiful. After this we picked up our biiiiig order from Tom´s Pizza, yummmyy...what a perfect day.
