The Junction....

I enjoy the challenge of photographing into the sun. The light can turn stretches of water into magical streams of silver.
Here a small rocky rushing stream connects one large tranquil pool of river water with a distant smaller tranquil pool. Maisie and I walked later this morning. It was frosty but sunny. I was amazed at the large number of rabbits scampering around and playing little rabbity games in a paddock adjacent to the Reserve tracks. Son Duncan stayed here overnight. He and I walked to visit good friends, Sue and Peter who live nearby and are great gardeners. A lovely day.
