f22 in Orkney

A dash into the Kirkwall vet today with Baz who had a mishap during the night.  He may have to have an x-ray on Tuesday. 


We have twelve young rams in the shoreside field and they were panting for water.  I fashioned a trough and filled it.  I’ll tell you one thing – sheep have no concept of queueing. 


We will be outwith the parish tonight – in Holm for dinner.  I have yet to be told whose bubble I’ll be in.


An unexpectedly hot afternoon; CMC surprised me with a Magnum.
