Two Juvenile Terns

I think they might be Common Terns but I'm not sure. Arctic Terns and Common Terns look very similar to me.

These two, along with many others, were resting on the rocks some distance from the harbour wall in Elie, almost but not quite out of the full zoom range of my camera.

It has been another calm day with no sun, just a flat white sky ..... plenty of folk down at the water sports centre. Not particularly good conditions for sailing but ideal for paddle boarding or kayaking.
