Strain

I strained something yesterday in the upper part of my left leg around the place of my hip replacement.  I now move gently, thnik it unwise to do anything but the lightest of tasks and spent the day sitting around the garden.  I decided I should do this more often.  Sitting in the garden that is.  Not straining.
