Trans pennine trail

Darren woke up with a bad back. It’s something he’s suffered with for about 25 years, though for the vast majority of that time he’s been ok. So it was a struggle for him to take me for a walk early doors, that’s despite taking a few painkillers. As we are at caravan he did consider going home, but decided to rest for a few hours, because of this weeks heat he’s not slept at all well, so a few hours on the bed did him no harm. By mid afternoon he felt his movement was better, so we took a drive out, partly to take me on a walk and secondly because he wanted to call in to a shop and buy a heat bag.
The walk was ok, quite a lot of cyclists on the trail.
Darren did get a heat bag though.
