Lesson of the day.

Jamie wanted to do a wee run after my work and we planned to do it before tea... buuuut due to unforseen circumstances I was late home and we ended up having tea first but then trying to get out before it got too dark.


Of course the inevitable happened for Jamie... he got a stitch!

He pushed on through it and still managed a good steady run.... chatting all the way. (mostly about running, to my delight!)
