Grace and beauty

In a wonderfully serendipitous encounter at the turning point of my bike ride.today i met Christine, using her walking frame to cross from the North to the South side of the Bow river. A professor emeritus at the University of Calgary, she taught rhetoric for several decades,.In recent years she has tried to coach the ethos, logos, pathos , and kairos of Aristotle to a new generation seeeking to apply these principes to social media. Her research was on feminist rhetoric. I tracked down some of her writings this afternoon: eloquent, beautifully crafted prose that is quite uplifting to read. There may be hope for us all yet
