Lorikeet in the Coral tree

You can see why this is called a coral tree.  The lorikeet was really enjoying the nectar in those flowers.

It's been a really busy day.  Gardening, washing, cleaning, working, walking the hounds and shopping to name a few of the things accomplished today. including catch ups with friends.  I feel like giving myself a pat on the back.  This lorikeet was spied at a park in between walking the hounds at Hams beach and supermarket shopping. 

Apologies I am behind again in comments and next week is a busy work week again.  Hopefully I will get some time to catch up soon but I am absolutely cream crackered at the moment and heading for bed so nighty night.
