The art of meditating
In the past i have done years of daily meditatioN. I woke up early in morning,doing my meditation before work. In evening before sleep 1 hour meditation. I think arounf 2010 is i stopped my practice . As i started picking up the guitar and photography there was no time for meditation.
At the moment i will start again. Meditation is healthy for the brain and brings a lot of peace and insight. The fact is once you have done , you can easily pick up again .
