Headed for the canal this morning, we had noticed a big reduction in people out and about over the last few weeks, so we thought the canal path may be quieter than it has been, how wrong we were, bikes galore, some very slow” Sunday walkers“ difficult to get past on a narrow footpath, so we gave up and looped round Peel Park and back through Luggie Park then home, not the walk we intended but still enjoyable. The high point was catching sight of the Swan family that we have photographed at various stages of development over the last four or five months and remarkably all nine have survived.
