Prickly

Popped out for a run this morning to test out some knee supports. They certainly helped my creaky knees.

This afternoon looked damp so we had a short journey to Dalby. We chose a quieter area for a walk which paid dividends. Spotted these splendid thistles along the way. Just as we were pulling away the rain started. Although we had waterproofs with us we were happy not to have to wear them.
