Smart juvenile!

I watched this rather scruffy young robin for a while this morning and after he'd eyed up his perch on the feeder (one higher up than the one in shot), he flew up and took a sunflower seed!  Not usual behaviour for robins who are ground feeders normally.  I also noticed he seems to have been ringed but I can't think by whom or why!
