Leaving the frame.

Day 16: #30DaysofComposition

What's leaving the frame? Do you keep your whole subject in frame? If not, which bits of it will leave the frame, and where? If you're shooting people (or animals) don't cut them off at the knees - the rule is to crop between joints (so between ankle and knee, between knee and hip). Pay attention to the edges of your shot for this prompt.


More exam shambles... Ofqual sent out new guidance yesterday afternoon regarding appeals. By 11pm they had retracted it. Nobody knows what will happen now... young people have lost their university places, through no fault of their own....

I have photographed this little mouse on top of the gate in the Washpool area of the village many times before, but hopefully this angle will fit the brief.
