HDR my way !!
I received a demo version for an HDR program, very well known, and costing about 125 euros.
Now I might want for fun to make an HDR maybe 2 or 3 times a year, not something I'd buy but I thought I'd give it a try.
So I photographed the fence that I really like from over 100 yards distance using my D300 a 500 mm lens and a 1.4 converter, giving a total digital focal length of 1050 mm.
I bracketed the photograph 7 times in increments of 0.3 EV.
Then I processed the 7 exposure in the HDR program. Result : nothing special certainly not worth a gazillion euros.
Then I took one of my exposures at -0.7 EV and adjusted a range of contrasts and the definition.
This is the result.
Free HDR and not too bad in my most humble opinion.
Great weekend to everyone.
