Sewing

I remember doing a blip a long time ago saying I'd bought something exciting that I would blip the following day...only I never got around to it. Anyway, here is what I bought....a sewing machine! I'm a bit phobic about them actually, probably because my Mum used to have a Singer machine with the treddle and it was a bit intimidating! I've just altered trousers and things with this one. Today I turned a duvet cover into a curtain as I have a single window and wanted to match it up with another set without paying for two sets.

I'm pleased that I can thread the thing now and it's fairly straightforward to use....no stabbed fingers yet.
