Under the clock

My blip is of the clock on Waterloo station. A popular meeting place! Today I travelled on a train for the first time since March.it was the first train of the day going into Waterloo and we had the carriage to ourselves. Waterloo was very quiet even for a Sunday morning and seeing everyone in masks was quite eerie.
Four of us were cycling a ‘virtual’ Prudential 19 and raising funds in memory of one of my friends mother who died ten years ago, for the charity MSA Multiple Systems Atrophy. You could choose where you cycled your 19 miles instead of the usual closed roads scenario ending in the Mall. We decided to start in central London and cycle back to home.
Very quiet on the roads until about 10.30am so we cycled down the Mall(deserted) around St James Park, to Trafalgar Square to see the new fourth plinth and then on the Cycle superhighway to the Tower, over Tower bridge and back to Waterloo, across the Thames and then along the embankment,Kings Road and across Putney Bridge and then home via a very busy Richmond Park. About 25 miles in total.
